Terms of Service

Infy Chat is owned and operated by Glupe Media Group LLC. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Infy Chat, including chat.infy.gg, desktop applications, mobile applications, and any related services.
1. Agreement to These Terms of Service
By accessing or using Infy Chat, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy, and any other policies we make available. If you do not agree, you should not use Infy Chat.
2. Business Identity
Infy Chat is owned and operated by Glupe Media Group LLC. For general support, legal inquiries, or business-related questions, contact: support@infy.gg.
3. Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to use Infy Chat. By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms of Service.
4. Use of the Service
Infy Chat provides private messaging, rooms, file sharing, voice calls, video calls, and related communication features. You agree to use Infy Chat only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws.
5. User Content
All messages, files, rooms, media, usernames, profile information, calls, and other activity created or shared by users are user-generated content. You are solely responsible for anything you send, upload, share, or transmit through Infy Chat.
Infy Chat, Glupe Media Group LLC, and its owners do not create, review, approve, endorse, or control user-generated content.
6. Content Ownership and Upload Rules
You may only upload, share, or distribute content that you own or have the legal right to use. You may not upload copyrighted, licensed, confidential, private, illegal, or protected content unless you have the legal right or permission to do so.
7. File Upload Limits
Infy Chat may allow users to upload and share files. File uploads are currently limited to 100MB per file. This limit may be changed at any time without notice.
8. End-to-End Encryption
Infy Chat uses end-to-end encryption where supported by the platform. Message content is intended to be readable only by the sender and intended recipient or room participants.
Infy Chat, Glupe Media Group LLC, and its owners do not have access to the readable contents of end-to-end encrypted messages.
9. Security and Encryption Disclosure
Infy Chat uses encryption and security technologies to help protect communications. However, no online service, software platform, server, device, or encryption system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for protecting their own devices, login credentials, recovery keys, passwords, and account access. If a user’s device or account is compromised, encrypted communications may be exposed on that device.
10. Matrix Protocol and Metadata
Infy Chat operates using technologies such as the Matrix protocol. To function properly, the service may process limited technical data and metadata, such as account identifiers, routing information, connection data, room membership information, delivery information, server logs, and technical records required to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the service.
We do not use this data for advertising, resale, or user profiling, and we do not retain it longer than reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and maintain the service.
11. DMCA and Copyright Policy
Users may only upload or share content they own or have permission to use. If you believe content on Infy Chat infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA or copyright takedown request to: DMCA@infy.gg.
We will review valid takedown requests and take appropriate action where possible. Because Infy Chat uses end-to-end encryption where supported, we may not be able to inspect or access encrypted content unless enough information is provided to identify the account, file, room, or activity at issue.
12. Abuse Reporting
Abuse, illegal activity, harassment, platform misuse, or violations of our policies may be reported to: abuse@infy.gg.
13. Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate accounts at any time if we believe an account violates these Terms of Service, violates our Acceptable Use Policy, creates risk for the platform, violates the law, or exposes Infy Chat or Glupe Media Group LLC to legal, technical, security, or reputational risk.
14. Legal Compliance
Users are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to their use of Infy Chat. Glupe Media Group LLC may comply with valid legal requests, court orders, subpoenas, warrants, or government demands to the extent required by law and technically possible.
Due to end-to-end encryption where supported, we may not have access to readable message content. We can only provide information that we actually possess, can access, and are legally required to disclose.
15. No Monitoring Obligation
Infy Chat and Glupe Media Group LLC do not assume any obligation to monitor user content or encrypted communications. The absence of moderation, removal, suspension, or enforcement does not mean that Infy Chat approves of any user activity or content.
16. Service Provided “As Is”
Infy Chat is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, available at all times, or free from data loss.
17. No Warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infy Chat and Glupe Media Group LLC disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, availability, and reliability.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infy Chat, Glupe Media Group LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for damages, losses, claims, disputes, user conduct, user content, encrypted messages, service outages, data loss, copyright claims, legal consequences, or third-party actions arising from use of the service.
19. Indemnification
By using Infy Chat, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Infy Chat, Glupe Media Group LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, your conduct, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
20. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
21. Venue and Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or related to Infy Chat, Glupe Media Group LLC, or these Terms of Service shall be resolved in New Jersey courts or through arbitration, where permitted by law. By using Infy Chat, you agree not to bring claims in other states or jurisdictions unless required by applicable law.
22. Changes to These Terms of Service
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Infy Chat after updates are posted means you accept the updated Terms of Service.
