Acceptable Use Policy

Infy Chat is owned and operated by Glupe Media Group LLC. This Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules for using Infy Chat through chat.infy.gg, our desktop apps, mobile apps, and any related services.

1. Agreement to This Policy

By using Infy Chat, whether through the website, desktop application, mobile application, or any other official access point, you agree to this Acceptable Use Policy, our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and any other applicable terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use Infy Chat.

2. Legal Free Speech

Infy Chat is intended to support private communication and lawful free speech. Users may use the platform for lawful expression, discussion, communication, file sharing, voice calls, video calls, and community interaction.

However, free speech does not protect illegal conduct. Users are responsible for making sure their activity complies with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws.

3. User Responsibility

All content on Infy Chat is user-generated. You are solely responsible for any messages, rooms, files, media, calls, usernames, profile information, or other activity connected to your account.

Infy Chat, Glupe Media Group LLC, and its owners do not create, review, approve, endorse, or control user-generated content.

4. Content Ownership

You may only upload, share, or distribute content that you own or have the legal right to use. Uploading copyrighted, licensed, private, confidential, or protected content without permission is prohibited.

5. No Responsibility for User Content

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infy Chat, Glupe Media Group LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not responsible or liable for any user-generated content, user communications, disputes between users, files shared by users, or activity conducted through the platform.

6. Prohibited Illegal Uses

You may not use Infy Chat for illegal activity. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

Threats of unlawful violence
Harassment, stalking, or abuse that violates the law
Fraud, scams, phishing, or impersonation
Distribution of malware, viruses, spyware, or harmful code
Unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks
Sexual exploitation, abuse, or illegal sexual content
Content involving minors in any unlawful or exploitative manner
Trafficking, exploitation, or coercion
Planning or coordinating criminal activity
Violating intellectual property rights
Uploading or sharing copyrighted content without permission
Any activity prohibited by applicable law

7. Platform Abuse

You may not interfere with, damage, overload, or abuse Infy Chat or its related systems. Prohibited platform abuse includes:

Attempting to hack, attack, disrupt, or damage Infy Chat
Trying to bypass security controls
Reverse engineering official apps except where legally permitted
Using bots, spam tools, scrapers, or automated abuse systems
Creating accounts for abuse, evasion, or unlawful purposes
Uploading harmful files or malicious code
Attempting to access another user’s account or data

8. File Uploads

Infy Chat may allow users to upload and share files. File uploads are currently limited to 100MB per file. You are responsible for ensuring that any file you upload is lawful, safe, and owned by you or shared with proper permission.

9. Encrypted Communications

Infy Chat uses end-to-end encryption where supported. Because of this, Infy Chat and Glupe Media Group LLC may not be able to view, moderate, decrypt, recover, or inspect the contents of encrypted messages.

Users remain fully responsible for their own encrypted communications and any consequences arising from them.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

Infy Chat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that are believed to violate this policy, abuse the service, create risk for the platform, violate the law, or expose Infy Chat or Glupe Media Group LLC to legal, technical, or security risk.

We may take action based on reports, available metadata, technical signals, legal notices, abuse complaints, or other information available to us.

11. Legal Compliance

Users are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to them and their use of Infy Chat.

Glupe Media Group LLC may comply with valid legal requests, court orders, subpoenas, warrants, or government demands to the extent required by law and technically possible.

12. Reporting Violations

Abuse, illegal activity, harassment, platform misuse, or other policy violations may be reported to: abuse@infy.gg

13. No Monitoring Obligation

Infy Chat and Glupe Media Group LLC do not assume any obligation to monitor user content or encrypted communications. The absence of moderation, removal, suspension, or enforcement does not mean that Infy Chat approves of any user activity or content.

14. Service Provided “As Is”

Infy Chat is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infy Chat, Glupe Media Group LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for damages, losses, claims, disputes, user conduct, user content, encrypted messages, service outages, data loss, legal consequences, copyright claims, or third-party actions arising from use of the service.

16. Indemnification

By using Infy Chat, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Infy Chat, Glupe Media Group LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, your conduct, your violation of this policy, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

17. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Infy Chat. By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

18. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Continued use of Infy Chat after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.

19. Final Agreement

By using Infy Chat, you agree that Glupe Media Group LLC and its owners are not responsible for user-generated content, encrypted communications, files uploaded by users, or user conduct on the platform. You also agree to use Infy Chat only for lawful purposes and at your own risk.
